Embedded Transformation

from £10,000/month

The deepest partnership: embedded senior leadership, parallel delivery across brand and GTM, and the fastest access when decisions cannot wait.

Choose this if stakes are high, multiple streams must run in parallel, and you need same-day senior access.

  • Multiple parallel workstreams and cross-functional scope
  • Embedded operating lead in your leadership cadence
  • Same-day priority response

Scope and fee are defined in conversation. Starting points, not fixed packages.

How billing works

No annual lock-in. Stay because the partnership is working, not because a contract says so.

  • No long-term contracts
  • Pay monthly in advance
  • Pause or stop anytime, and pick back up when it makes sense
Only a small number of client partnerships are taken on each month. Start a conversation to check availability.

Compare at a glance

Pricing FAQs

The quick answers before you commit.

Who is Paceject for?

Founders, CEOs, and leadership teams at startups and SMEs who need brand strategy and execution to stay connected, not another deck that gathers dust. We also work with larger teams when the engagement needs an embedded senior partner.

When will I see results?

Ongoing partnerships typically show sharper priorities and rhythm within the first 30 days, with compounding momentum through days 60–120.

What is the difference between the plans?

Strategy Rhythm is ongoing structure and accountability while your team executes. Strategic Execution Partner adds delivery leadership on one workstream and priority response. Embedded Transformation is full parallel scope, embedded operating lead, and same-day priority access.

What is the difference between Execution Partner and Embedded Transformation?

Both include full execution ownership. Execution Partner focuses on one primary workstream with priority response within one business day. Embedded Transformation is for companies going all-in: multiple parallel streams, cross-functional scope, leadership cadence, and same-day priority access when decisions cannot wait.

Why do response times differ by tier?

Higher tiers reflect how quickly you need senior input, not how little work gets done. If decisions stack up and speed matters, priority and same-day access are built into the higher plans. We work fast at every level; the tier defines how available that speed is to you.

Are these fixed prices?

No. Each offer shows a starting point. Final scope and fee depend on complexity, pace, and delivery requirements.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You pay monthly in advance and can pause or stop anytime. Many clients pick back up when the timing is right. We will align so active work is not left hanging mid-flight.

Do you work with teams?

Yes. We work with founders directly and with marketing, brand, and leadership teams. Briefs, approvals, and context stay in flow throughout the engagement.

Stop guessing. Start scaling.

Tell us where momentum is blocked. We will recommend the right starting point, with no pressure to oversell.
